Shenyang Baoruitong Launches GJ16C Pipe Hydrostatic Pressure Testing Machine for Global Pipe Quality Inspection
SHENYANG, CHINA — July 5, 2026 — Shenyang Baoruitong Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. today announced the launch of its new-generation GJ16C Pipe Hydrostatic Pressure Testing Machine. Designed for pressure and burst testing of plastic pipes used in fluid conveyance, the machine determines both the instantaneous hydraulic burst strength of pipes and the failure time of thermoplastic pipes under long-term constant pressure — giving research institutes, quality inspection authorities and pipe manufacturers a higher-precision, more flexible testing solution.
The GJ16C uses an embedded PC as its central cluster controller. Each test channel is an independent module with its own micro-control unit, communicating with the host in real time over a serial bus. The system provides pipe-rupture identification, real-time monitoring, automatic data recovery after power loss, result printing and storage, and sample pre-treatment settings. If a single circuit ruptures during a test, the remaining circuits continue running unaffected.

The GJ16C complies with GB 6111-2018, GB/T 15560-1995 and ISO 1167-2006, and is suitable for long-term hydrostatic, burst and thermal-stability testing of PE, PP-R, PVC and other plastic pipes. The product consists of three parts — pressure host, water tank and fixtures — each specified by the user, with custom configurations available on request.
