Product Description

This apparatus is used to conduct non-combustibility tests, under specified conditions, on homogeneous building products and the main components of non-homogeneous building products. In conjunction with GB 8624-2025, Classification for Burning Behavior of Building Materials and Products, it evaluates the material under test to determine whether its burning performance complies with the applicable requirements and to support product quality control.

  2. Computer-controlled operation with a high sampling frequency, fast system response, and accurate data calculation.
  3. Uses a well-established brand controller with RS-485 communication and strong interference immunity.
  4. Uses a 100 V heating voltage in strict accordance with the standard requirements.
  5. The all-stainless-steel furnace body provides an attractive appearance and excellent resistance to rust, corrosion, and high temperatures.
  6. A height-positioning block is supplied as standard, enabling accurate and rapid positioning of the specimen holder’s lowering height.
  7. Optional auxiliary thermocouples are available for the test parameters (specimen center and specimen surface).
  8. Multiple sets of specimens can be tested continuously, significantly reducing the reheating wait time between tests.
  9. Rapid heating and precise temperature control. The apparatus typically reaches the constant-temperature condition within 40-50 min and is then ready for testing.
  10. The temperature-control algorithm has been optimized through multiple iterations and improved on the basis of a British non-combustibility test furnace. Switching from constant-temperature mode to constant-power mode requires no manual intervention, making operation quick and convenient.
  11. Dual-loop temperature and power control provides strong voltage adaptability. Power fluctuation during constant-power operation is less than 1%, and temperature deviation during empty-furnace operation is less than 2 °C.
  12. The power-compensation function uses advanced compensation technology to automatically adjust the heating power when the mains voltage deviates.
  13. The soft-start function allows the software to control the heating rate automatically and regulate the furnace temperature in stages, extending the service life of the furnace core.
  14. Flame duration is determined automatically, with no manual timing required, preventing missed events.
  15. Test results are recorded automatically and can be queried and exported.
