1. Product Overview

The JCNR-60 Building Material Hard-Combustibility Tester is a vertical shaft furnace test system developed strictly in accordance with GB/T 8625-2026 national standard. It is professional lab equipment to evaluate the hard-combustibility performance of various building materials under standardized methane flame, constant air flow and temperature conditions.
The integrated system consists of vertical shaft furnace, constant temperature & air flow control unit and PC automatic data acquisition system. It continuously monitors flue gas temperature changes during the 10-minute fixed flame exposure period, automatically terminates the test once average flue gas temperature hits 200°C, and records full temperature curves for material fire hazard classification.
