1. Product Overview
The NH-XL Vertical Integrated Fire-Resistance Test Furnace is a standardized vertical fire test facility specially designed for vertical building components, developed strictly in accordance with full GB/T 9978 series national standards. It accurately reproduces the standard fire time-temperature curve to conduct fire resistance rating tests on fire partition walls, fire doors, fire windows, fire-resistant glazing and fire roller shutters.
This vertical furnace adopts lightweight high-alumina zirconia fiber hanging lining structure, featuring integrated computer intelligent control system. It automatically monitors furnace temperature, internal pressure and unexposed surface temperature of specimens to judge two core failure indicators: loss of integrity and loss of thermal insulation. Widely used in fire protection product manufacturers, third-party fire safety certification labs, construction material inspection institutions and fire product R&D centers.

3.4 Fire Resistance Judgment Criteria
- Loss of integrity: Flame penetration, sustained glowing combustion or cotton ignition through cracks/gaps
- Loss of thermal insulation:
- Average temperature rise on unexposed surface exceeds 140℃ above initial temp
- Single-point temperature rise on unexposed surface exceeds 180℃ above initial temp
