- Photometer mode: Measures the absorbance, transmittance, energy, and concentration of samples at a fixed wavelength.
- Quantitative measurement:
- Coefficient method: Input the standard curve equation;
- Standard sample method: Establish a standard curve using up to 10 standard samples.
- Kinetic measurement: Measures the change of samples within a set time at a fixed wavelength, automatically plots the graph with customizable coordinates. It can calculate the reaction rate △A/△t of the sample.
- Spectrum scanning: Determines the absorbance and transmittance spectra of samples across the full wavelength range of the instrument, and displays the maximum absorption peak.
- DNA/Protein measurement: Built-in multiple testing methods to directly calculate the concentration and ratio of DNA/protein samples.
